IDOWU BAKARE

Ibrahim Idowu Bakare graduated from the Polytechnic, Ibadan with Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ondo State University and he is a member of the following professional bodies: Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Chartered Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified Institute of Auctioneering Nigeria. He is a seasoned Estate Surveyor. He has managed four branches out of the seven branches in Lagos. He is the surveyor that pioneered and coordinated the team of marketers that sold off Phase 1, Ocean Parade Towers, Foreshore Town Houses and Lifestyle Terrace all in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. He has also supervised and lead the team that leased out the office complex Mulliner Towers, Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos and some other notable Grade A office complexes in Victoria Island and Ikoyi. He has acquired wealth of experience in the area of Asset Valuation for all purposes. During the last 23 years, he has been a leader and part of the team that executed the following Asset Valuation Exercise. Fixed Assets Valuation for Sheraton and Towers, Abuja, Zerock Construction Company Limited, Brossettee Nig. Ltd, Intercontinental Disilleries Ltd, Kewalram Nig. Ltd, Universal Oil Company Ltd, Acorn Petroleum Nig. Ltd and Nipost Assets in old Oyo State e.t.c. He is currently the Head of Practice and the Chairman of Supervision and Quality Control Committee.
