Director

Lanre Fatimilehin MRICS is a Director at Trillium Real Estate Partners (Trillium), a Nigerian real estate services & consulting firm. Trillium offers brokerage, leasing, consulting and advisory services to Nigerian and international corporates, financial institutions as well as institutional investors. Trillium is the Affiliate Partner of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global real estate services firm, in Nigeria.

Prior to founding Trillium, Lanre was Head of West Africa at JLL; based in Nigeria, Lanre had responsibility for delivering all of JLL’s services to its global and West African clients.

Chief Operating Officer for Africa Real Estate Investment and Asset Management (ARIA), the asset management subsidiary of the Persianas Group. Persianas is a developer, owner and operator of commercial retail properties in Nigeria. The Group has a leading presence in the retail sector being the developer of the first internationally specified formal retail mall in Nigeria (The Palms Lekki) which has set the benchmark for formal retail markets in Nigeria. Persianas has developed and operates five retail assets across the country including The Palms Lekki, Polo Park Enugu, Palms Ilorin, Palms Ibadan and Palms Ota.

Prior to this, he was a Principal in the Corporate & Institutional Clients Department at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria where he provided financing solutions to Nigerian corporates in various sectors. He was previously responsible for the Debt Capital Markets business of Standard Chartered in West Africa.

Before joining Standard Chartered in 2011, Lanre was a Special Adviser to the Nigerian Minister of Finance focusing on capital markets, power and infrastructure. He was a key member of the team that executed the issuance of Nigeria’s debut Eurobond.

Lanre began his career within the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs International in London where he was an Analyst and then an Associate in the European Structured Finance Group.

He received a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has attended the Real Estate Management Course at Harvard Business School. He is an Associate of the Nigerian Leadership Initiative (NLI) and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
